Rocklin addresses water conservation in response to 2014 drought crisis

Reacting to the drought crisis, the Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) on Feb. 6 declared a drought emergency condition in western Placer County and on April 10 adopted a series of water use regulations and restriction and appealed to all customers to conserve water for the duration of the drought.
