The City of Rocklin Planning Commission public hearing to consider the Northern California Behavioral Health Hospital has been moved from December 15, 2015 to January 19, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Rocklin Event Center at 2650 Sunset Blvd.
