Karen Garner Appointed Public Affairs and Economic Growth Manager

Karen Garner has been appointed Public Affairs and Economic Growth Manager for the City of Rocklin, California effective October 22, 2012. Previous to this appointment, Garner served as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Roseville with over seventeen years of progressive experience and a proven track record of success in economic development and local government.
