City Announces 2014 Ruhkala Community Service Awards Winners

The City of Rocklin will make presentations to the winners of the annual Roy and Peggy Ruhkala Community Service Awards at a reception held on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Rocklin Event Center on Sunset Blvd.
