George Magnuson elected mayor of Rocklin

George Magnuson was elected Mayor at the Dec. 9 council meeting, and Greg Janda was elected Vice Mayor. Magnuson has served on the City Council since November 1991, and will now serve his sixth term as Mayor in 2015.
