Rocklin Citizens Step in to Help Before Storm

As media attention on the big storm increased, volunteers came out to help their fellow citizens fill sandbags. Rocklin's self-service sand bag station at the City's Corporation Yard has been available since a smaller storm passed through last Wednesday, but over the past few days, sand bag activity has increased.
